  I listed my property with Katrina and within 48 hours she had two substantial offers. Within two weeks, she had delivered an offer matching my asking price which is something I didn't expect given election time was looming. Fortunately for me, and unfortunately for the purchaser and Katrina, there were a couple of delays such as a pool compliance certificate. During this time my circumstances changed and I decided to withdraw my sale opting to keep my home. Katrina is genuine, hard working and delivers her service with a level of conviction I'm yet to experience in other property transactions. Passion for Real Estate and selling your home is one thing that hopefully you can find in most agents. However, conviction when dealing with your life decisions and the emotional ride of selling a home or investment is an entirely different level.
