  I attempted to hire a small U-HAUL trailer, I went through the whole process, put in my Credit Card Details, given a Payment Slip and took it to the attendant... The attendant only had TWO TYPES OF TRAILER CONNECTORS!!! I had a 1inch round 7 pin connector on my car WHICH WASN`T ONE OF THE AVAILABLE PIN CONNECTOR TYPES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR TRAILER... There was NO WARNING, no DISCLAIMER, No PICTURES on your hire computer, NO WAY OF KNOWING THAT MY PIN CONFIGURATION WAS NOT TO BE CATERED FOR!!!
