  I would not recommend unless you want to be hung up on. Graham seems like a really decent guy, no problems. However, Natalie (who handles the quotes/admin etc) was really aggressive with me. Seemed really agitated and angry when I asked basic questions or followed up to see what the latest was with the repairs after waiting weeks without hearing anything. Everything was blamed on me the customer. During the final call she hung up on me before even giving me a chance to finish explaining myself. Really disappointing to be treated with such disrespect, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  An excellent experience from start to finish. Natalie was very helpful with all the information needed to satisfy myself that these were the right people for the job. Now that Graham and his team have finished I could not be happier. The roofing job included resarking, batten, tile work, valley sealing and repainting. Now the roof looks new and is so much better. They are very professional and hard working. I highly recommend them.
